The purpose of this site is to provide a platform for North East community radio stations to share news items.

Another really exciting aspect of this is that other people will be able to submit items that participating stations can consider for airing and this includes community groups, schools, students. The participating stations will publish submission guidelines explaining the kind of content they will consider and any other information. Groups wishing to submit news may be offered training and also under consideration is using the Community Media Association’s Community Media Charter as a kite-mark. [As of 12/09/2011] This is in experimental stage.

The items shared here will be under the categories of:

Entertainment -|- Sport -|- Politics -|- Whats On -|- Religion

Music/Venues -|- Clubs and Societies -|- Local Offers
